Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the regional marketing team and product team to strategize, implement and optimize new marketing features
  • Drive engagement of existing user base through promotions and regular programs (e.g. CRM)
  • Oversee and standardize across category level CRM programs, such as BeautyHolics and Mum's Club
  • Drive internal process improvements for campaign management and planning
  • With proven performance, potential to work with respective marketing workstreams and manage marketing budget. Review and track budget spending / usage



  • 5~7 years of work experience in management consulting or e-commerce industry
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to handle complex datasets and models. Identify opportunities and risks through data analysis
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Result oriented. Strong in critical thinking and hands-on execution
  • Good degree from recognized university. MBA a plus
