Job Description:
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team and product team to strategize, implement and optimize new marketing features
- Drive engagement of existing user base through promotions and regular programs (e.g. CRM)
- Oversee and standardize across category level CRM programs, such as BeautyHolics and Mum's Club
- Drive internal process improvements for campaign management and planning
- With proven performance, potential to work with respective marketing workstreams and manage marketing budget. Review and track budget spending / usage
Requirement:
- 5~7 years of work experience in management consulting or e-commerce industry
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to handle complex datasets and models. Identify opportunities and risks through data analysis
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
- Result oriented. Strong in critical thinking and hands-on execution
- Good degree from recognized university. MBA a plus
