- Be a consultant to internal key account managers and external brands on Shopee marketing solutions: Facebook collaborative ads (CPAS), Google Shopping Ads, UTM, and Marketing Solutions Portal
- Be a client-facing trusted partner to pitch, plan, present, and consult on Facebook CPAS campaigns to brands
- Be a media planner expert and be comfortable with budget conversation and campaign performance metric explanation/discussion
- Be a backend expert in setting up campaigns and daily optimization for brands
- 3-5 years of working experience; preference for digital performance marketing associate or agency planners/bidders
- Experience working in or executing digital marketing campaigns: Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook CPAS, UTM, etc.
- Experience as a Facebook bidder is a plus.
- Knowledgeable on e-commerce marketing planning, executing, and optimization. Knowledgeable on e-commerce performance metrics: CPC, CTR, GMV, ROAS
- Interpersonal skill with a team player attitude; able to effectively work with cross-functional teams
- Client-facing, sales skill with a service mind; able to speak to external brand marketing directors
- Consultative and troubleshooting skill; ability to present complex data, make digital solutions recommendations, and troubleshoot Shopee marketing solutions if needed
- Ability to work under ambiguity and be the owner of one’s responsibility
