Job Description:

  • Lead KYC team of ShopeePay and ensure optimal performance in terms of managing KYC volume, maintaining optimal compliance rate, ensuring good UX for KYC applicants
  • Identify, pitch, and implement strategic initiatives for continuous process improvement
  • Remain updated with current KYC policies, trends, and industry best practices
  • Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1-2 years of people management / development experience
  • At least 1-2 years of KYC experience within the e-wallet / fintech space
  • Exhibits start-up / entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong analytical, communication, and process development skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and similar programs
  • Comfortable with shifting schedules, may be required to work on weekends and/or holidays
