Job Description

  • Digital Product API Supplier Incubation Programme - Coordination with Sales team to identify potential suppliers to pitch, develop business plan for trial & permanent onboarding
  • Digital Product Brand Operations - Develop search channels in coordination with Marketing team, manage keyword ads budget allocation, coordination with finance and payments team, implement SOP changes, manage overall operations of digital product shop
  • Digital Product - Product Improvements (DP E-Voucher), Consolidate feedback from Account Management team, submit improvement requests to Product team, coordinate UI design development and product testing
  • Digital Product API Supplier - Coordination between supplier and internal teams such as Product, Finance, and Legal, develop marketing plan, leverage Shopee coins cashback as USP
  • Digital Product Marketing Initiatives - Leverage various marketing programs to increase awareness of digital product brands amongst new users
  • Digital Product Merchant & Product Management - Manage new & existing brand onboarding processes, implement SOP changes based on product improvements
  • Digital Product Customer Service - Manage dedicated DP CS team, oversee SOP changes
  • DTS Autoship Operations - Add newly onboarded sellers to custom script, monitor status of current sellers

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Min. 1 year of related working experience in any related fields
  • Keen interest in e-commerce, attention to detail and interest in data analysis
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrate initiative, persistence and adaptability to changing conditions
