Job Description:

Office Facilities/Asset Management

- Ensure the security and safety within office area and set up guidelines if needed

- To manage office renovation projects and make sure the changes comply with building restrictions

- Ensure defects within office are promptly attended to

Office Supplies Management

- To monitor and supervise procurement of office supplies, including company merchandise and pantry supplies

Resource Planning

  • Budget planning and control for office facilities related expenses
  • Space and resource planning for team expansion

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in related fields
  • At least 3 years of related experience
  • Independent and reliable
  • Strong problem solving skills and able to think on the feet
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skill
  • Attention to details
