- Build strategic plan, set KPIs for each member & Manage Seler Care Team to meet the KPIs for months, quarters and years.
- Lead from the Front: Hit personal performance goals and training the team hand in hand.
- Take ownership of team development and performance in quantity & quality metrics.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with Leadership team to execute campaign strategy.
- Prospecting leads and identifying key business partners for Shopee platform.
- At least 2 year-experience in Sale / Telesales, Business Development ,.. ( SME, C2C, B2C,..)
- Fluent in English
- Ability to manage 10-15 staffs.
- Proven skill to accurately analyze and interpret data. Utilize data to improve team performance.
- KPI-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt with the dynamic sales environment of e-commerce.
- Prior successful experience in telemarketing and training.
- Provide market insights from seller's' perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics.
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, communication, time management, problem solving, and result-orientation
