Job Description:

  • Manage the Business Development Ops team
  • Manage operation concerns of marketplace sellers and mall brands
  • Validate operations (product, payment, logistics, fraud, and listings) concerns
  • Manage returns and refunds
  • Handle ad-hoc requests and admin related tasks


  • Has at least 5 years people management/ leadership experience (experience from e-commerce platform is a plus)
  • Logical thinker with strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Sales Force
  • Must be willing to work in BGC
