Job Description:

  • Collect a list of items, office supplies, stationeries from each team and make a purchase request. 
  • Check the correction of all documents for the Payment team.

  • Contact suppliers for quotations and negotiate for the best price.
  • Compare quality, price, and advantages from suppliers of the item/services requested.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
  • Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
  • Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing activities

Qualifications:  

  • Native fluency in Thai and good command of English 
  • Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business, finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar position.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets
  • Attention to detail with Can-Do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
