Job Decription:

  • Define project objectives, scope, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal resources and work with other teams to plan and execute projects as well as track project performance to ensure all tasks are on track
  • Conduct research on current trends, ideas and best practices to drive creative and impactful initiatives
  • Anticipate and troubleshoot during projects when issues arise; identify root causes and potential solutions to problems
  • Coordinate internal resources and work with other teams across all functions (Business Development, Marketing, Operations) to plan and execute monthly campaigns as well as other marketing-related initiatives, ensure that all tasks are on track
  • Analyse data, prepare presentation documents and reports
  • Other tasks as assigned by team lead

Requirement:

  • University Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and ecommerce is a plus
  • Organised, detailed- and result-oriented, strong problem-solving & analytical skills
  • Able to quickly adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
  • Strong team mindset and solid work ethic
  • Excellent written, verbal, non-verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
