Job Descriptions:
- Develop education content that would be used as a basis of various content such as articles, videos or slides for our eKB & Help Center
- Coordinate with all Shopee stakeholder from various level and department to monitor production of material
- Ensure all materials are published in timely manner
- Able to conduct small briefing session for Customer Operations
- Involved in handling issues and bugs
 
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma degree from any major
- Min. 1 year experience in CS area
- Driven and proactive
- Excellent communication capability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good team player, can work under pressure
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule
