Job Description:

  • In charge of seller experience when using monetized services that Shopee offers
  • Ensure service relevance to the market by adaptation to seller insights via market research through multiple channels (Community, Outbound call, etc.)
  • Develop new services based on sellers’ insight collected through research
  • Set up reporting dashboard for KPIs monitoring
  • Support Service Onboarding and Automation
  • Optimize services based on sellers' actual usage
  • Expand reach, scale up and stay competitive via service pricing adjustment, automation and accessibility
  • Other tasks assigned by team lead or higher management

Requirements:

  • Good numerical skills. Ability to develop reporting template when requirement or a business question is asked
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders. Good in both verbal and written English
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to draw insights from complex data and design practical and scalable solutions
  • Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel). Experience in SQL is a plus
