Description

  • Identify issues, develop hypotheses, gather and interpret data, execute analysis and present findings and strategic recommendations to key decision makers
  • Work closely with category managers in identifying root cause of operational issues and category constraint for the specific category 
  • Leadership - Lead a small team of professional to execute, monitor and optimize campaigns and initiatives
  • Prepares reports, proposals, and presentations with the insights and key learning 
  • Plan execution plan and drive the roll-out of seller program’s initiatives across internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop performance dashboard to illustrate the performance and present the key insights with initiative to management  
  • Set key indicators to assess results of key initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
  • Ability to conduct complex analysis with large datasets to support data-driven decision making
  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to draw insights from complex data and design practical and scalable solutions
  • Self-motivated and proactive in learning
  • Solid team player and an independent thinker
  • High Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for e-commerce industry
