Job Responsibilities 

  • Inventory Management (inbound of new products, stock taking and put-away stock from suppliers)
  • Dispatch (Picking, packing, shipping with logistics providers)
  • Returned Goods (processing reverse flow orders back to sellers)
  • Ensure accuracy of assorted inventory and proper handover to third party partners
  • Project planning for expansion and capacity planning 
  • Oversee Warehouse IT system and operations, and coordination with Regional Teams to handle IT issues, stuck or lost orders; this includes rolling-out new features.
  • Ensure constant Improvement of operational KPIs; lead introduction of process changes and ensure operational excellence
  • Ensure workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock
  • Maintain housekeeping of warehouse premises and its surrounding area
  • Support operational improvement initiatives as directed by the Management 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field
  • Has held a leadership role within a function or team, within a fulfillment center environment
  • Experience in ecommerce fulfillment highly desired
  • Ability to work in an environment that is fast-paced and constantly changing to achieve innovative solutions
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to interpret, report and plan based on metrics
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management System functionality
