Job Description:

  • Overall responsible for the KPI and daily operations including inventory management, delivery and worker/shift management
  • Manage fleet team and take charge of recruitment of quality fleet supervisors, drivers & riders into the fleet
  • Meet operational SLAs by problem solving and employee coaching/training
  • Work closely with customer service and assist on handling customer request and disputes
  • On-site coordinate external contractors and internal teams to ensure operational safety and accuracy
  • Build delivery SOP and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Analyze the effectiveness of operations and identify ways to optimise costs

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
  • Able to independently lead operational team on-site, engage in discussions with various internal and external stakeholders
  • 6 working days, shift hours varies between 11am till 8pm
  • 2- 4 years of experience in fleet management is mandatory
