- Overall order performance management and shop operations monitoring for Korean key brand sellers
- Regarding order growth support: Help design strategy for shop and product management, including pricing, promotion, etc.
- Regarding shop operation support: Help open shops in new markets, comply with Shopee logistics and listing policy, etc.
- Need to advise on the brands’ marketing activities in and outside of Shopee, including Shopee in-app and external social media marketing activities (e.g., Shopee flash deal, Shopee livestream, Facebook, Google, Ad-networks, etc.)
- Responsible for arranging and executing Shopee in-app marketing, by selecting and nominating SKUs and liaising with brand seller on the promotion price and stock
- Important to be able to design and build the Brand Management process, with a proactive attitude, as this is rather a new team being set up
- BA/BS degree preferred from a recognized institute with a strong academic record
- At least 2-3 years relevant experience is preferred
- Must have experience with in-house performance marketing or marketing agency
- Must be able to work with and support sellers
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player, data-driven, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Proficiency in marketing tools are advantageous
