Job Description:

  • Source for new sellers to utilize Shopee as a selling platform; from onboarding to maintaining excellent working relationship
  • Consistently meet given goals and matrixes and willing to work hard towards meeting those goals
  • Determine and identify sales opportunity to acquire, manage and build strategic relationships with sellers, in order to achieve the short and long term sales objectives together with the team
  • At a more senior level, you would be given responsibility of a category to manage where you are expected (together with a team) to retain, optimize and drive overall sales volumes of the category


  • A recognized degree in any field, coupled with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience. Experience in e-commerce industry would be an added advantage
  • Previous experience in Sales with a consistent track record of hitting KPIs
  • Experience acquiring brands/sellers for an e-commerce platform is a plus
  • Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
  • Good sense of numbers and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Must be driven, motivated, and constantly hungry to learn or try out new things
  • Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Malay, Chinese) will be an added advantage
