Job Description
- Responsible for supervising and leading a team of Shop Management Agent
- Drive performance of all SMAs within responsibility on dimensions including: shop operational performance, shop commercial performance, seller relationship, social media engagement, internal tools and systems and special projects etc.
- Managed approximately 10 sellers in order to understand needs and problem rise from seller of that category and to gather hands on experience of managing social seller
- Develop expertise on social media and use of social media for commercial purposes
- Provide guidance to team members to ensure continuous increase in productivity, motivation, learning and process improvement
- Gather key insights from all SMA agent in order to develop recommendations for future improvement, internal campaigns, and team campaign
- Ensure correct and timely completion of SMA daily task
- Develop close team relationship with team members as well as boost/maintain team morale
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related fields
- 3 years’ experience in Business Development would be an advantage
- People management skills and Have experience taking care of a team
- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
- Good mentor, leading skills
- Be able to fit in with fast pace culture
- Experience in Ecommerce is a plus
