Job Description:
  • Analyze data, generate insight, and translate them into strategies for livestream / feed
  • Plan and execute seller incentive programs to increase and sustain seller adoption
  • Introduce program details and benefits to potential sellers
  • Coordinate with seller education team in the development of seller education materials
  • Liaise with other marketing teams on livestream / feed requirements and assets for marketplace sellers
  • Evaluate strategy results for improvements or future plans

Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics or other business-related course
  • At least 3 years of working experience in management consulting firm
  • Prior experience in tech company or e-commerce will be an advantage
  • Have prior and solid experience in account and project management
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter and team-player
