Job description: 

  • Lead SIP Business Analytics team to provide on-time and accurate data analysis
  • Support problem-solving and decision-makings of each SIP internal functions, including markets, operation and P&L management
  • Drive and kick-off SIP new initiatives and projects, and to ensure smooth transfer to other SIP teams once fully established


  • Strong problem-solver with structural thinking and data analytics skills
  • At least 4 years working experience in an environment where intensive problem-solvings are required. Consulting and eCommerce will be a bonus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with managerial experience
  • Self-motivated and faster learner
  • Comfortable to deal with changes
  • Excited with new challenges
