Job Description:

  • Managing all SEO activities such as on-page optimization strategy, content strategy, and link building to increase rankings and organic traffic on all major search networks
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  • Develop and implement link building strategy and budgeting with content specialist
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  • Work with blog team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • Educate and drive other internal teams to follow best SEO practices to improve Shopee organic traffic e.g. campaign, key account managers and PR

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s/MBA degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Engineering, or any related commercial and technical fields.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in SEO Marketing
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Ahref, GSC, Moz, GMB)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
