Job Description:
- Work with Reg/ Local product to understand about operation features for sellers.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to release new features, including UAT testing, translate contents to Vietnamese, localize user guide, feature announcement, reporting and tracking of impact…
- Coordinate with Reg/ Local Operation team & other internal teams to identify operation problems of struggling sellers to provide new features and feature improvements.
- Monitor adoption rate, conduct necessary analysis to plan & optimize feature usage.
- Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong curiosity to understand the “whys” and “hows” and to develop the “so-what” that will shape policies, initiatives and features.
- Strong problem solving skills; ability to draw insights from data, research and design practical and scalable solutions.
- Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
- Must be able to work with tight deadlines and able to work with minimal guidance
- Expert in Microsoft office products (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in SQL is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
