Job Description:

  • Responsible for supervising and leading team comprising of 4-7 members
  • Drive performance of new sellers who just started selling on Shopee within responsibility on dimensions including: commercial performance, seller relationship, social media engagement, internal tools and systems and special projects etc.
  • Manage approximately 20-40 sellers in order to ensure strong relationship and maximize seller's potential on Shopee Platform
  • Develop expertise on social media and use of social media for commercial purposes
  • Drive social media marketing outreach and recognition through existing and new key initiatives 
  • Provide guidance to team members and work with other teams to ensure continuous increase in productivity, motivation, learning and process improvement 
  • Gather key insights from all team members and sellers in charge in order to develop recommendations for future initiatives, campaigns, and road map development
  • Analyze performance data and develop tactical initiatives to boost team's performance


  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related fields  
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in Business Development is preferable
  • Excellent team player / lead with strong business acumen to achieve and outperform prescribed KPIs
  • Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
  • Proven track record of success in sales environment, strong planning, and organizational skills
  • Result oriented, self-driven, and strong negotiation skills
