Job Description:

  • Create, strategize, and execute business development strategies to grow the overall social portfolio consisting of 20 categories – consisting of 300 team members
  • Strategically craft creative approaches and roadmap to groom sellers’ social and commercial metrics
  • Train and manage Category leads to help grow portfolio and define strategic wins for each category – be able to inspire and drive a large team
  • Develop online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve social and commercial targets
  • Analyze social potential for each product category and together with category leads define strategic wins for each category / cluster on social media
  • Pioneer and help spearhead regional countries team development along social initiatives and strategies developed in Thailand - communicate with colleagues in various countries and offices (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines)
  • Socially active in the highly competitive environment – adapt and learn from ever changing environment
  • Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall development of each categories
  • Independently take on new initiatives and projects – be able to execute, diagnose, and troubleshoot

Requirements:

  • Ideally 2-3 years of working experience in consulting (MBB is a plus),
    business development, or account management
  • Driven and motivated, able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical ability to synthesize and evaluate key problems
  • Superb business acumen with a desire to manage your own business
  • Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills at all times
  • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Have passion in e-commerce industry, experience in e-commerce is a plus
  • Previous management and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication capability with strong English and Thai skills
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
