Job Description:

  • Manage cross border end-market business and ensure overall targets are met through planning, forecasting, monitoring and reviewing
  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify levers from traffic, conversion, assortment and come up with strategy to drive growth
  • Leverage marketing resources and design campaign plans to promote market business on local platform
  • Foster seller growth with strategic plan and increase seller loyalty to the platform
  • Lead and support projects/initiatives across 6 or more markets and document SOP for mass execution
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and be collaborative across functions in the organization


  • Good degree from recognized university
  • At least 1 year of working experience, eCommerce, retail buying, business analytics background would be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with chinese counterparts
  • Able to drive progress independently
  • Result-oriented, team player and energetic attitude
