Job Description:
- Manage cross border end-market business and ensure overall targets are met through planning, forecasting, monitoring and reviewing
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify levers from traffic, conversion, assortment and come up with strategy to drive growth
- Leverage marketing resources and design campaign plans to promote market business on local platform
- Foster seller growth with strategic plan and increase seller loyalty to the platform
- Lead and support projects/initiatives across 6 or more markets and document SOP for mass execution
- Manage multiple stakeholders and be collaborative across functions in the organization
Requirements:
- Good degree from recognized university
- At least 1 year of working experience, eCommerce, retail buying, business analytics background would be a plus
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with chinese counterparts
- Able to drive progress independently
- Result-oriented, team player and energetic attitude
