Description

  • Manage special key strategic projects assigned by Head of Business Development, from gathering and interpreting data, executing analysis, strategic planning to implementation across various internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop joint business plans with key sellers with the aim of achieving targeted commercial and operational performance
  • Establish key criteria to segment sellers across entire platform for strategic management and effective implementation of key initiatives
  • Design governance for on-boarding and off-boarding of managed sellers
  • Develop and monitor KPI of category management teams to ensure sellers perform well commercially and operationally, from offering competitive pricing and assortments to fulfilling orders and prompt delivery
  • Design dashboards for key account managers to monitor sellers’ performance and management reports of overall performance across categories with key insights and actionable recommendations
  • Work closely with category managers, marketing, logistics and operational functions in implementing key initiatives

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in consulting, e-commerce, or analytical roles
  • Ability to conduct complex analysis with large datasets to support data-driven decision making
  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to draw insights from complex data and design practical and scalable solutions
  • Self-motivated and proactive in learning
  • Solid team player and an independent thinker
  • High Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for e-commerce industry
