Job Description:

Customer Service (6 months)

  • Respond to queries from buyers and sellers via emails/livechat

Dispute (6 months)

  • Handle return/refund cases by liaising with buyers and sellers 

Content (3 to 6 months)

  • Review product listings and ensure accurate information is displayed on Shopee's platform

Seller Support (6 months)

  • Respond to queries from seller regarding stock counts and product queries

Job Specification: 

  • Work from home basis (during MCO), you will be required to work in the office once MCO is lifted
  • Use own laptop/desktop with strong WiFi at home to support daily tasks (during MCO)
  • Working Days: 5 days/ week (Mon to Sun) with 2 off days on rotation
  • Working Hours: Rotational shifts 
    • Earliest shift: 7 AM 
    • Last shift: 10 PM

Requirements: 

  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay, in both verbal and written forms. Mandarin is a plus 
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
