• Generate edit, publish, and share engaging contents daily (e.g original text, hotos, videos, and news)
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to obtain resolution needed to help moderate the community
  •  Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor user reviews
  •  Stay up-to-date with current technology and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
  •  Other admin tasks to help with other related requests


  • Experienced in PR, forum management, social media community, and/or social media channel management is preferred
  •  Hands on experience in content management
  •  Excellent copywriting skills
  •  Ability to deliver creative contents (text, image, and short videos)
  •  Knowledge of social media and online marketing channels
  •  Excellent communication skills
  •  Analytical and multitasking skills
  •  Be able to work and moderate the community outside of work hours when required
