Job Description:                      

  • Oversee the operations and administration of all learning programs and initiatives (end-to-end cycle including data management and reporting) in SG office
  • Develop SOPs and guidelines for all learning partners in the planning and implementation phase of learning programs or initiatives
  • Co-create with local offices on an efficient and sustainable operations practices for learning and development related initiatives
  • Develop standard communication guidelines to work with different stakeholders on tracking and managing processes
  • Develop best practices in L&D data management and reporting regionally
  • Monitor and evaluate processes for continuous improvement
  • Take ownership in local initiatives, communicate requirements and timelines to stakeholders
  • Maintain a keen understanding of learning trends and best practices
  • Challenge yourself in a diverse and dynamic work environment with frequent cross-departmental initiatives                       

Requirements:

  • Good university degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of team managerial experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferably
