The SBS team is responsible for providing an end-to-end supply chain solution to brands selling on the Shopee platform. To do this, the team:

  • Negotiates contracts with the brand and onboards them into Shopee
  • Creates and manages a Shoppee shop for the brand
  • Stores stock in the Shopee warehouse as well as packs and ships the sold items on behalf of the brand

The team is split between commercial that pitches and onboards brands, supply chain that manages stock levels and profit & loss and back office that creates purchase orders and manages inbounds and outbounds.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Determine and define project scopes and objectives
  • Drive Warehouse commercial and operational projects for Serviced by Shopee
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage communication with internal parties including Shopee Regional and suppliers by assigning tasks and following up on deliverable
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Drive initiative assigned by Manager

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering or a relevant field of study
  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • Experience in SQL is a big plus
  • Analytical, curious mind, self motivated and problem solving skills at all times
  • Excellent presentation skills, able to communicate complex ideas in simple terms
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
