Job Description:

  • Support social media analytics
  • Pulling metrics for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and others utilizing native platforms and social media aggregation tools
  • Provides data-driven, actionable insights and recommendations for improving social media engagement, acquisition, retention and conversion across all channels 
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams to provide insight and recommendations about social media campaigns
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting templates, leading creation of social media metrics reports
  • Must be comfortable presenting complex information to a diverse crowd of stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Evaluate market conditions and competitor data to identify emerging trends and to recommend learnings and action points to optimise results
  • Guide markets in content learnings, social media best practices, cross-market sharing 
  • Supports additional projects as requested

 

Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year of experience in a social media role preferred
  • Experience with social media analytics with good data visualisation skills
  • Knowledge of social media KPIs and all native platform analytic tools
  • Advantage to have experience conducting statistical analysis
