Responsibilities
- Responsible for content analytics, spanning KOLs and social media
- Provides data-driven, actionable insights and recommendations for improving social media engagement, acquisition, retention and conversion across all channels
- Optimize ads boosting campaigns based on KPIs such as new followers, engagement, CTR and Conversion Rate across social media channels (Tiktok, Youtube)
- Analyse and monitor campaign performance for result optimization and maximize the cost efficiency
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to provide insight and recommendations about social media campaigns
- Develop and maintain automated reporting templates, leading creation of content analytics reports
- Must be comfortable presenting complex information to a diverse crowd of stakeholders on a regular basis
- Evaluate market conditions and competitor data to identify emerging trends and to recommend learnings and action points to optimise results
- Guide related teams in content learnings, adoption of best practices
- Handle data analysis, reports and feedback to support related teams.
- Supports additional projects as requested
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Marketing, IT, or related fields
- At least 3 years experience in online media planning and digital marketing; Google Ads including Analytics, Facebook Manager, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube etc.
- Strong knowledge in digital analytics and digital trends
- Able to manage and support a variety of digital marketing solutions.
- Fluent in English
- Teamwork spirit with creative mind and willing to learn/can-do attitude
- Highly detail-oriented and excellent interpersonal skill
- Highly responsible, able to work under pressure
