Job Description:

  • Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
  • Handle execution of event marketing initiatives and coordinate with related parties  
  • Prepare and control budgets and ensure adherence
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
  • Conduct pre/post-event evaluations and report on outcomes

Requirements:

  • Academic Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in event marketing 
  • Skilled in budget control, analysis, concept thinking, visualizing, presentation
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English
  • Strong relationship with vendors and suppliers
