• Manage P&L for credit product; be responsible for credit product management; design financial features such as pricing, repayment plan, revolving credit based on competitor benchmarking and SME needs
  • Drive regional expansion of credit business; develop and drive go-to-market strategy, and work with local teams to ensure successful launch of new products 
  • Optimise product portfolio by optimising portfolio segmentation and profitability to achieve business goals
  • Analyse key metrics and recommend improvement areas to drive continuous business growth; work with local teams to rollout improvement plans
  • Ensure business alignment and work closely with Risk, Product and local teams to own business metrics and drive sustainable growth




  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a widely recognised university with good academic credentials
  • 2 - 6 years of work experience required, preferably in SME/digital lending, or similar SME financial products
  • Builder mindset, solid customer management experiences with reputable consulting firms, Internet, FinTech, Banking or financial institutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills in quantitative analysis/modelling, and adopting a structured approach to solving problems
  • Proactive, can-do attitude; able to work effectively with those internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English and another Asian language (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog)
