Job Description: 

  • Planning, design and implement policies and procedures in various financial services related operations in response to applicable laws and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure adequate compliance and risk management in the organization
  • Conduct risk assessments which involve anything risks as well as identifying, describing and estimate risks affecting the organization as a whole
  • Prepare risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences, for e.g. to the Board of Directors, Senior Managements and Regulators
  • Work closely with the operation team to ensure implementation of policies and procedures
  • Conduct training to employees to communicate key regulatory changes and updates


  • Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in handling compliance, risk management within a regulated financial institution, preferably in e-money operations
  • Experienced in liaising with regulatory bodies such as Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM)
  • Experienced with audit and compliance, with good understanding of AML, CFT and Data Privacy
  • Have existing AML certifications
  • Familiar with payment licensing requirements and other payment related laws, regulations and policies
  • Meticulous, attentive to details, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work
  • Good command of spoken and written English
