Job Description:

  • Responsible for acquiring walk-in & offline sellers to join and start selling on Shopee
  • Create opportunities for platform growth by identifying new avenues for seller acquisitions
  • Conceptualise, execute, and track new initiatives to acquire new sellers for Shopee
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders and act as a liaison for new sellers
  • Consistently meet KPIs
  • Create presentations and updates
  • Responsible for managing the relationship with sellers after acquisition including supporting the onboarding and incubation process for these sellers/ Supports new sellers with onboarding and incubation after acquisition 
  • Provide market insights from sellers' perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market, and competitor dynamics



  • Must be willing to work in Binondo
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • 2-3 years related work experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking on how to acquire new sellers
  • Driven, motivated and hungry
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Go-getter attitude
