Job Descriptions:
Handling escalation from CB Chat Agents to CB Sellers, by translating information from buyer/seller response received from foreign language into local language, and follow up cases in order to ensure the customer satisfaction
- Create and submit report to superiors, in order to provide accurate information for further use
- Liaise and coordinate with Key Account Manager, in order to improve Seller’s service performance
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from any background
- Fluency in Korean (Oral and Written), preferably has TOPIK Certification
- Able to converse in English
- Has relevant working experience
- Adaptable
- Able to work independently and a team player as well
