  • Ensuring all of the projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Assisting in the definition of scope and objectives of the projects.
  • Ensuring the availability and allocation of the resources.
  • Collaborating with related parties to make sure the projects are well-executed accordingly to the plan.
  • Measuring and monitoring the performance of the projects for ShopeePay Team.


  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Management, Communication, or relevant field of study.
  • Desirable: Experienced working in Consulting Firm, FinTech, or E-Commerce.
  • Experienced as Project Management Officer around 2+ years.
  • Excellent Internal Communication & Analytical skills.
  • Attentive to details and good communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willing to learn and having can-do attitude.
