Job Description

  • Work hand in hand with Quality and Control about SPX rider projections
  • To focus on Rider Pooling and do initial screening and interview
  • To analyze process changes and provide recommendation to improve processes
  • Manages all Riders concerns regarding earnings and disputes
  • Escalate Agency riders issues (Negative Behaviour, Low Performance, etc)

Requirements

  • Knowledge and Experience Leadership Skill and people handling
  • Computer literate and can use email, spread sheet & Delivery application
  • Good in communication in relaying of details and instruction
  • Able to adopt to a fast phase environment
  • Organize and high attention to details
  • Demonstrate leadership skills
