For Senior Level :

Job Description

  • Be the marketing solutions expert for brand team to achieve business goals and for brands to adopt both Shopee onsite and offsite solutions
  • Be a consultant to internal key account managers on Shopee marketing solutions: Facebook collaborative ads (CPAS), Google Shopping Ads, UTM, and Marketing Solutions Portal
  • Be a client-facing partner and an internal advocate to pitch and troubleshoot marketing solutions
  • Be a coordinator among Shopee cross-functional team to execute scaled projects and drive initiatives (monthly workshops)
  • Be a leader in composing guidelines and playbooks for optimization and campaign management
  • Be the POC for regional support/updates

Qualification

  • 2-4 years of working experience
  • Experience working in or executing digital marketing campaigns: Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook CPAS, UTM, etc. Preference for digital performance marketing campaigns
  • Knowledgeable on e-commerce marketing planning, executing, and optimization. Knowledgeable on e-commerce performance metrics: CPC, CTR, GMV, ROAS
  • Strong analytical skill and comfortable with data spreadsheets / excel
  • Interpersonal skill with a team player attitude; able to effectively work with cross-functional teams
  • Client-facing, sales skill with a service mind; able to speak to external brand marketing directors
  • Consultative and troubleshooting skill; ability to present complex data, make solutions recommendations, and troubleshoot Shopee features
  • Ability to work under ambiguity and be the owner of one’s responsibility

 

For Junior level :

Job Description

  • Operational support for brand’s Facebook Collaborative Ads (CPAS) requests to Shopee TH
  • Coordinate with regional marketing solutions team to share catalog, audiences, and resources
  • Be a client-facing partner and an internal advocate to pitch and troubleshoot marketing solutions
  • Support brand participants in Shopee CPAS monthly workshops

Qualification

  • 0-2 years of working experience
  • Interpersonal skill with a team player attitude; able to effectively work with cross-functional teams
  • Client-facing, sales skill with a service mind; able to speak to external brand marketing directors
  • Work experience or passion in executing digital marketing campaigns: Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook CPAS, etc. Preference for digital performance marketing campaigns
  • Knowledgeable on e-commerce marketing planning, executing, and optimization. Knowledgeable on e-commerce performance metrics: CPC, CTR, GMV, ROAS
