Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategies for Leadership intervention initiatives, impactful and targeted training sessions for the organization;
  • Conduct workshops, facilitate sessions and coaching including selected psychometric feedback analysis where relevant;
  • Work closely with the Regional and Local Learning and Development on curriculum and company training plan;
  • Manage the end-to-end learning cycle with the support of the team and respective stakeholders in the business
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them;
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices;
  • Challenge yourself in a diverse and dynamic work environment with frequent cross-departmental initiatives;
  • Take ownership in local initiatives, communicate requirements and timelines to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of facilitating in-class trainings for adults.
  • Experience in Leadership development initiatives/consulting/coaching experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Independent and able to multitask, able to work within timeline, takes great pride in work
  • Structured thinking and creative, able to evaluate problems and come up with effective solutions
  • Positive and energetic outlook, able to motivate others
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about training and education
