Job Description:

  • Upload listing , follow up seller and contract , request promotion 
  • Help Business Development team with administration tasks such as following up with contracts, campaign promotion, etc.
  • Take part in brainstorming with team leader to solve issues and improve the process
  • Assist team leader in other tasks assigned
  • Resole seller issue 
  • Work with system, data entry, etc
  • Daily report 

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in Sales Administration / Office Administrator
  • Have knowledge / experienced in ecommerce industry is a plus
  • Good at Microsoft Office (especially in Excel, Word, Google spreadsheet)
  • Have a can-do attitude, highly responsible personality
  • Can work FULL- TIME in 3 month
