Job Description:

  • Learn and understand the ins and outs of Shopee My Ads functionality (Shopee’s internal keyword advertising platform, similar to Google and Facebook Ads).
  • Help identify sellers’ target audiences, plan media buying campaigns and budgeting.
  • Implement and execute My Ads initiatives for clients.
  • Daily optimisation on advertising listings such as target audience, maintaining ROI for clients and measuring the effectiveness of the ads
  • Liaise with Shopee’s sellers or Brand Owners to develop media buying results, build relationships and plan for upcoming promotions/campaigns and future direction with My Ads, amongst others.
  • Analyse Brand’s data to provide guidance and advice to improve sales by using My Ads
  • Produce periodic reports for management and further analysis.
  • Gather feedback/suggestions on the job and work with the team to improve on existing functionality.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g.: marketing, business development) to implement and coordinate ad hoc requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
  • Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times.
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
  • Driven and motivated.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
