- Maintain, improve, develop and test product features on the app and web including but not limited to widgets, buttons, etc.
- Analyse and suggest improvements on the customer experience either from a product or operational perspective
- Maintain and develop approaches to increase ways of engagement through games developed
- Strategize and provide feedback to the regional product team on various product features
- Understand feature roll outs and to ensure that the local team understand the features and how to maintain it.
- Coordinate and manage work streams independently
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a recognized university
- Previous experience in Customer Experience, Computer Science or Consulting preferred
- Structured, meticulous & detailed oriented
- Process oriented, passionate about improving processes as well as products
- Tech savvy
- Strategic mindset with a business oriented lean
