Job Description:

  • Managing 3PL’s performance and SLA, and overall account management including:
    • Optimising cost of delivery through negotiations
    • Balance 3PL performance by allocating orders based on 3PL capacity 
    • Drive new feature rollouts and improvements 
  • Provide relevant and timely information via daily logistics reporting and analytics.
  • Actively manage 3PL backlog - lost and damage rate, ageing orders
  • Highlight key indicators that would have an impact on the business.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as CS, payments and business development teams on key projects and logistics related inquiries.
  • Resolve complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; proposing ideas to the management.
  • Involve or participating in ad-hoc projects such as development of new logistics channels and features e.g. giving ideas relate to design, development, testing and rollout of new features
  • Conduct both internal and external training to key stakeholders on new logistics feature launches as and when needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience within the logistics sector; either 3PL (third-party logistics) or freight management experience in e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed (we are open for discussion based on your experience).
  • Excellent in both written and verbal communication.
  • Strong logical thinking, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Multilingual communication with merchants from diverse backgrounds
  • Driven and motivated.
