Job Description:

  • Act as mediator between buyer and seller by setting realistic expectations, resolving fulfillment related problems and providing support to buyers and sellers ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Ensure resolution of fulfillment related problems and disputes between both parties
  • Provide effective solution for buyers & sellers disputes issue
  • Assist in developing and improving existing dispute process
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned 

Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree from a recognized university
  • Both Fresh graduates or experienced applicants are welcome (we can discuss the entry level based on your previous experience)
  • Strong communication skills in email, face-to-face conversation and messenger discussion
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Has passion in the eCommerce industry
  • Previous experience in dispute is a plus
  • Previous experience in using Zendesk system is a plus
