Job Description: 

  • Plan and Monitoring daily warehouse operations, eg: inbounding/outbounding/return/inventory
  • Managing team member’s performance including attendance,work schedule, KPI
  • Track the shipment and share the progress of shipment to sales teams and order teams in time ,and coordinate the abnormal things with logistics
  • Daily report (inventory, transportation, daily sales) monthly/annual summary report work
  • Coordinated the loading and unloading of trucks
  • Responsible for supervising and auditing the "Inventory Daily & Monthly Counting Report"
  • Liaise with another department such as Customer service, Project management and Fleet operation to ensure smooth warehouse operation
  • Responsible for advice and counsel to management on their compliance posture to ensure security, safety and loss prevention
  • Required to coordinate and work closely with other teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Kept the warehouse area safe, clean and organized through regular inspection
  • Continuously find ways to improve/enhance existing processes
  • Must be able to propose solutions should any problem/issue arise
  • Complete adhoc task assigned by reporting manager


  • Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in specialized in courier service/logistics/warehousing background
  • A good team player, able to lead warehouse team
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good coordination and organizational skill
  • Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel application and Email
  • Ability to work extra hours if necessary
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Seksyen 22, Shah Alam
