Job Description: 

  • Plan and monitor daily warehouse operations such as inbound/outbound/
    return/inventory
  • Manage team member’s performance including attendance, work schedule, KPI
  • Track and share the progress of shipment to sales and order teams in time, and coordinate anomalies with logistics team
  • Daily report (inventory, transportation, daily sales) monthly/annual summary report work
  • Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks
  • Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Project Management and Fleet operation to ensure smooth warehouse operation
  • Responsible for security, safety and loss prevention of stocks
  • Ensure warehouse area is safe, clean and organized through regular inspection
  • Continuously find ways to improve/enhance existing processes
  • Propose solutions should any problem/issue arise
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements: 

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in specialized in courier service/logistics/warehousing background
  • A good team player and able to lead a team independently
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good coordination and organizational skill
  • Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Email
  • Able to work on shift hours and willing to work in Seksyen 22, Shah Alam
