Job Description:

  • Project-based role focusing on end-to-end management and execution of marketing gamification initiatives to increase awareness, engagement and conversion
  • Responsible for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation
  • Liaise and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across multiple departments within the company
  • Review and analyse key commercial/marketing metrics on a daily basis to drive continual optimisation and improve campaign efficiency
  • Report business progress with quantitative data regularly

 

Requirements:

  • Good degree/masters from recognized university
  • Excellent command of English; knowing Bahasa Indonesian is a plus.
  • Strong project management and execution abilities
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
  • Performance driven, team-player who enjoys fast-paced environment
  • Experience either in management consulting, ecommerce marketing, FMCG marketing, or has passion in marketing gamification
  • Able to travel regularly for business
