Job Description:

  • Responsible for the analysis and end-to-end implementation of initiatives to drive
    user acquisition, engagement and/or retention to meet KPIs
  • Plan and coordinate marketing calendar with partners to drive specific campaigns
  • Collaborate with product, local marketing, business development and operations
    teams to develop and execute user experience features, ensure smooth delivery of
  • Review and establish best practices in the region for good implementation practices
  • Communicate the value of new products to local teams, and create content to
    educate both internal and external stakeholders about product features and benefits
  • Conduct market landscape reviews and brainstorm creative ideas for untapped
    opportunities together with stakeholders
  • Track and analyze the performance of existing features, evaluate new initiatives; to
    optimize and achieve commercial objectives and performance insights across the


  • Good degree from recognized university
  • 6-8 years of relevant commercial and product marketing experience
  • Project management and stakeholder management skills are required
  • Familiar with analyzing data trends and providing insights for improvements
  • Good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethics, performance-driven, and eager to learn
  • Has passion in e-commerce industry
  • Past experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management
    will be a bonus
