Job Description:

  • Maintain relationship with storekeepers & cashiers
  • Ensure all marketing collateral displayed accordingly
  • Develop & execute sales strategies such as regular store visits, trainings, gimmicks, merchandise, etc.
  • Plan & develop store-level incentive programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, majoring in Marketing, Management, or any other related fields
  • 1-2 years of proven experience as a Usage Community, Field Canvasser, Field Quality Assurance, Merchant Engagement/Retention/Relation, or other similar roles
  • Strong leadership abilities and people management skills
  • Highly discipline & able to multi-task
  • Open to work remotely during store visits
  • Experience in training team members will be a plus
