Job Description
- Initiate, lead and execute monthly digital campaigns (such as 9.9, 11.11, 12.12 etc)
- Draw up project plans and communicate effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholders to align on scope, timelines and expectations
- Create and maintain project schedules to ensure campaigns are on-track
- Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure deliverables are being met
- Responsible for data gathering, analysis and reporting for campaign deliverables, results, financials and communications
- Identify gaps and opportunities for growth, user retention and conversion
- Other ad hoc tasks that are assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a strategy / management consulting / startup / e-commerce role is preferred
- Structured, able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, and see through implementation of the initiative
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Strong affinity to data, solid analytical abilities and critical thinking skills
- Strong business acumen and able to generate insights independently
- Able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge in media production, live streaming production and content creation is a plus
