Job Description

  • Plan, ideate and execute marketing campaigns for Shopee-produced live streams during monthly double digit campaigns (e.g 9.9, 11.11, 12.12 etc)
  • Conceptualize livestream ideas and mechanics to attract viewers and build order conversion
  • Manage and oversee end-to-end livestream projects, including but not limited to ideation, programme flow and promo mechanics
  • Create and maintain project schedules to ensure campaigns are on-track
  • Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure deliverables are being met
  • Plan monthly social content calendar, promotional calendar, product or treatment fact sheet and marketing activities
  • Responsible for data gathering, analysis and reporting for campaign deliverables, results, budget and communications
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for growth, user retention and conversion
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Digital Marketing, e-Commerce, advertising agency or related field
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin fluency as a plus
  • Structured, meticulous and good communication skills
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Strong affinity to data, solid analytical abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Strong business acumen and able to generate insights independently
  • Able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with various marketing platforms, including social media and e-commerce marketplace operations
  • Knowledge in media production, live streaming production and content creation is a plus
  • Experienced in livestream on social media or other platforms is an added advantage
  • Understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Engine Optimisation is an added advantage
