Job Description

  • Initiate, lead and execute monthly digital campaigns (such as 9.9, 11.11, 12.12 etc)
  • Draw up project plans and communicate effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholders to align on scope, timelines and expectations
  • Create and maintain project schedules to ensure campaigns are on-track
  • Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure deliverables are being met
  • Responsible for data gathering, analysis and reporting for campaign deliverables, results, financials and communications
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for growth, user retention and conversion
  • Other ad hoc tasks that are assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a strategy / management consulting / startup / e-commerce role is preferred
  • Structured, able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, and see through implementation of the initiative
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Strong affinity to data, solid analytical abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Strong business acumen and able to generate insights independently
  • Able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge in media production, live streaming production and content creation is a plus
