Job Description: 

  • Automate processes in a work environment which is currently using Google Sheets, Drive, Docs and other G-Suite applications and Microsoft Excel, ensuring it is timely, maintainable, well-structured and efficiently managed
  • Identify problem gaps, recommend and implement new methodologies and workflows to reduce manual work
  • Maintain and continuously improve existing automated processes making sure that they are efficient and sustainable in the long run
  • Assist in analytics work as required, to drive actionable business decisions
  • Openness towards learning new technologies

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Engineering field, or equivalent relevant academic qualifications
  • Experienced with Python and Microsoft Excel. Robotic Process Automation and SQL knowledge would be an added advantage 
  • Solid foundation and understanding of data structures and algorithms and Python programming (preferably)
  • Good communication skills, with ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Detail-oriented, willing and able to learn independently
  • A good team player, collaborates well in cross-functional teams
