Job Description:

  • Assist Head of HR in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development
  • Build relationships with Shopee Express leaders to offer thoughts, coordinate and execute on people-related projects
  • Establish effective communication channels to ensure the smooth information flow and promote corporate culture and employee engagement
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to daily operations and manage employees to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance
  • Create and review HR processes and aligning them with wider business processes within the appropriate legal framework
  • Collaborate with other HR team members on broader HR projects across the company


Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of HR experience, previous experience as HR generalist in a logistic or manufacturing company a plus
  • Experience in handling employee relations and interacting with blue-collar workers 
  • Good university degree
  • Strong communication skillsluent in both Vietnamese and English
  • Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner
  • Able to work both with ambiguity and minimum supervision
